The Jr. Systems Administrator is expected for answering elevated help desk request from the help desk team. Support involves technical assistance of desktop/laptop computers, networked and local printers, corporate email, MS Office applications, VoIP, and related technology. The Jr. Admin will be accountable for reporting to the Manager of Information Technology and working closely with other members of the technology department to assist all end users over 6 business locations. The positions functions require independent analysis, communication and problem solving. Work is performed with little supervision and requires initiative and judgment.
