He/She needs to work independently in both warehouse and office environments, self motivated and attention to details, working in (non-team) operation situation most of time.
We are looking for a qualified candidate that is available to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
- To communicate with customers and co-workers (if any) regarding incoming orders on a daily basis.
Orders may come in via phones, emails, websites, and third-party eCommerce websites.
- Create shipping documents, such as packing slip, shipping labels, bill of lading, etc.
for outgoing orders - Pick and pack orders in warehouse daily; - Maintain accurate logs and update inventory records, the shipping-tacking records of the orders processed, as well as transactions records, etc.
; - Answer customers' questions about products via phones and emails; - Assist with updating and maintaining product listings on website, Google sheet, and third-party selling and eCommerce websites; - Work independently to get necessary work done accurately and on time; - Compare the shipping quotes among the multiple carriers and use the best shipping cost to ship the orders, arrange pick-up for the carriers from the warehouse; - Maintain workplace, warehouse/office to be clean and organized including to remove trash and wastes out to the dumpster on a weekly base; -Refill and setup warehouse shelves when it is needed (normally, once each month); - Work full time, 35-40 hrs.
per week (workload is light - mild)
Qualifications:
- Strong ability to work into details and detail oriented attentions to daily tasks - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Ability to handle multi-tasks; - Self-motivated who can focus on tasks with minimal supervision, working independently with a minimum team support.
- Ability to learn and recognize product with their functions, item numbers, sizes, colors and names, etc.
to be able to pull orders correctly; - Experience with QuickBooks is highly preferred; - Working knowledge of Microsoft products (word, excel) and application software in Google Drive, such as Google Sheets; - Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and able to move up to 95 lbs with a dolly - Knowledge of equestrian and/or dog agility sports is a plus - Drug free, non-smoking is preferred Compensation:
- $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience.
Performance based raises available annually depending on the accuracy of orders shipped, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
