MUST LIVE in the Acworth, Kennesaw, Woodstock and Cartersville, Dallas and Hiram area.

Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Office Assistant.
Set up customers and employees in quickbooks and ensure all employees have submitted all employment paperwork Collect pictures from technicians and upload daily into all locations for marketing Collect payment information at the start of the job Collect payment after jobs have been completed, upload all documents into quickbooks and add to invoices and forward to customers Create social media campaigns a few times a week.
Reconcile all accounts at the end of the month.
Help owner keep payments up to date.
May have 1 or 2 errands to run periodically.
Other tasks as needed.
Requirements Must have 5 years of quickbooks experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Job Types:
