We provide in-house and outsourced services including CNC Machining, Sheet Metal, Injection Molding, Assembly Services and more.
The Part Company is currently seeking an Assembly Technician to assemble, test and package custom made parts.
Responsibilities The Assembly Technician will assemble, test and package custom made parts based on customer specifications.
Assemble custom made parts based on customer specifications Solder wires and other electrical connections Visually inspect parts for proper placement, color, and finish Assemble parts with hardware including nuts, bolts, screws, and other fasteners Verify installation of hardware with torque measuring devices or other tools Identify and document quality issues Follow standard work instructions provided by customers or the engineering team Document assembly and inspection using checklists or other methods as needed Prepare shipments by packaging parts in boxes or crates Other duties as assigned Requirements Attention to detail is a must Good hand-eye coordination Ability to communicate via verbal and written methods Must keep work area neat and clean Ability to read work instructions and/or drawings (this can be taught by management) Be able to work carefully, consistently and identify quality errors Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time Regular and reliable attendance is required Ability to work overtime if needed Job Type:
