DescriptionAs a Groundskeeper/Housekeeper you are responsible for the professional, courteous, timely, and satisfactory completion of all assigned duties given by the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
In total, the Groundskeeper/Housekeeper is responsible for completing the tasks that enable the community to be maintained in a first-class condition.
This position reports to the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.

Previous Groundskeeper/Housekeeper experience a plusEffective communication and customer service skillsAbility to interact with others in a team environmentDrug test and background check requiredReliable transportation and a valid driver's license requiredRequirementsResponsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Daily grounds pick up, to include all amenities and all breezeways - all floorsDaily cleaning of office and amenitiesTurnkey Cleaning and Touch Up Cleaning of ApartmentsAssist Maintenance Team with other tasksLearning and assisting with pool maintenanceDog Park and Dog Park Station maintenanceModel Touch Up CleaningVarious Maintenance TasksComplete the above duties and all others deemed necessary by the Property Manager and/or Maintenance SupervisorThis position is also responsible for complying with all state, federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
