Cobblestone Golf Course, located in Acworth, Georgia, and managed by Bobby Jones Links, is hiring for Food and Beverage Servers/Beverage Cart Attendants.

This Ken Dye design offers fantastic Champion Bermuda greens, white sand bunkers, and 12 holes playing along Lake Allatoona.

Primary responsibilities of the Food and Beverage Servers/Beverage Cart Attendants include:
Utilizes the point of sales system and places orders with the kitchen.
Fills beverages, mentions daily specials, and answers any questions a guest may have.
Suggests desserts, coffee, or after-dinner drinks.
Attends all pre-meal meetings conducted by the Food and Beverage Manager or Executive Chef.
Advises supervisor of any member complaints.
Is responsible for cash handling and the accuracy of receipts at day's end.
Incorporates safe work practices and safe food handling standards.
Completes side-work.
Understands the basics of theft, waste, and pricing of food and beverage inventory items.
Can operate golf cart in order to serve our golfers on the course during play Required Skills The ability to sell (and upsell) food and beverage to guests by being cordial, helpful, and sincere.
Strong multi-tasking skills.
Knowledge of mixology, wine, and beer.
Ability to enforce company policies and laws and regulations regarding guest/member consumption of alcohol.
Evaluation of customer satisfaction and responsiveness.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
