Business Systems Manager

Work in a fast paced, growing Design/Build Landscape business.
Activities include Managing Customer Service by communicating with customers through telephone and email contact and processing credit card payments/ collecting on credit accounts, Tracking Rockyard Sales and inventory for customers by placing orders with vendors and following up with vendors and customers with order status, and Overseeing Back Office activities.
Responsibilities:
Support Sales and Operations personnel.
Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution Generate & send Estimates and Invoices to Customers.
Receive and enter payments from Customers.
Place Vendor Orders and track Rockyard inventory.
Update our CRM software to track the sales process and Manage project tracking from Estimate to Final Payment.
Input customer & vendor information accurately and as required.
Assist Project Coordinator with project Vendor orders and deliveries.
Contribute to future company growth through the identification of areas of improvement, identification of solutions, and leading change.

QuickBooks Superior communication skills Must be a Team player with a Willingness to learn and an Outgoing personality.
Must have an excellent telephone presence and a willingness to ask for favors & assistance from others.
Must be a problem solver with an ability to look at situations from multiple angles to come up with the most desirable result.
Expert Multi-tasker.
Self-motivated, disciplined, proactive and excellent follow-through skills.
Must be resilient and consistent.
Must be highly organized and have ability to prioritize tasks in rapidly changing environment.
Must be highly proficient with a computer, working within the Microsoft suite of applications, and ability to learn our CRM software (ServiceAutoPilot.
com).
Bilingual a plus EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 2 or 4 years of college or equivalent preferred.
General knowledge of Landscape Design/Build Environment a plus.
Strong computer skills.
Ability to type rapidly & accurately.
