Accurately process customer orders using the POS (Point of Sale) system.
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions securely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner 2.
Ice Cream and Cookie Making:
Prepare ice cream cones, sundaes, milkshakes, and other frozen treats according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Bake a variety of cookies, ensuring they are fresh and delicious.
Monitor inventory levels of ice cream flavors, toppings, and cookie ingredients and communicate any shortages to the management team.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
Follow proper food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff.
Assist in developing new ice cream flavors and cookie recipes to enhance the menu offerings.

Customer Service:
Provide friendly and attentive service to all customers, addressing their needs and preferences promptly.
Offer recommendations and upsell additional items to enhance the customer experience.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and empathy, seeking resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic skills for processing transactions and handling cash.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for patrons.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Comfortable working in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat and cold temperatures.
